Cancel Request Time Window

To protect your shopping experience, you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped out, whichever comes first.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped out.

If you are concerned about missing the time window to cancel your order, please add “【911】” at the beginning of your customer service email subject so that our support team can prioritize your request during working hours.

Address Issue

We can help you modify your shipping information before the order is shipped out.

International shipping is a complex process, once the package has been shipped, logistics provider are unable to accept our address change request. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Please note that we are unable to provide after-sales support for orders that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Tracking status stopped for longer than 30 days
  • Package lost or stolen
  • Item is severely damaged during shipping
  • Item received does not match your order
  • Product has severely quality defects


✅ We will offer Partial Refund or Coupon, Free Replacement or Full Refund, depends on the situation:

  • Item is slightly damaged during shipping
  • Product has slightly quality defects
  • Blind box shows clear signs of being opened or tampered with (except for confirmed designs)

Before you open the package from us, please record the entire unboxing process video in one take (no edited), in case of any aftersale issues. We don't accept any aftersale issue without an unboxing video.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Dissatisfaction with the randomly received character or style
  • Box opened by you without quality issues
  • Damage caused by misuse or human error after you opened the box
  • Issues resulting from improper use
  • Defect or damage without unboxing video
  • Price change (Our price changes based on multiple factors: market condition, international shipping fee, exchange rate, etc. We appreciate your understanding.)
